RECENT PROJECTS

Town Folk Festival 2024 celebrated a diverse, compelling & exciting line-up of 16 artists who make music under the broad umbrella of folk.

Taking place in Castlemaine on Dja Dja Wurrung Country across 4 stages in three venues, The Bridge Hotel, Shedshaker Brewery and Boomtown Winery, It was a gloriouse afternoon-into-evening packed with locally sourced musical greatness. 

Fionna is excited to join the Town Folk team, working on production, marketing, volunteers and more. 

Whole Loddon Love was a series of contemporary music gigs at community halls + pubs on Dja Dja Wurrung and Barapa Barapa Country in the Loddon Valley, an area severely affected by flooding in late 2022, with money raised going to local community groups. 

Whole Loddon Love was programmed & produced by Lady Adventurer, and is supported by Music Victoria and by the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria. 

The Gold Sounds Music Conference took place in 2021 & 2022 - a four-day event designed to bring together the Victorian Regional and Melbourne music communities, and featured a dedicated Youth Program. 

Held on Djaara Country in Castlemaine, the conference covered a myriad of topics and hosted an extraordinary array of music industry professionals including artist managers, booking agents, musicians, academics, activists and more. 

White Night Illuminated Shepparton from the first time in 2022, and Fionna was part of the team which programmed and produced BEAT BOWL - live music & lighting in Shepparton Skate Bowl, featuring live performances from Ausecuma Beats, Juno Mamba, Quivers, Delivery and more. 

Fionna was also Stage Manager for the Cabaret Tram for White Night Bendigo and the Drag City stage at White Night Geelong on 2022. 

Fionna was appointed the Regional Music Project Coordinator for Mount Alexander Shire across 2021/2022, supporting the local music industry with training, funding, networking and live music opportunities. 

Funded by Creative Victoria and delivered in partnership by Regional Arts Victoria and Music Victoria, these local music workers developed projects and initiatives to support local music and worked to establish connections with music representatives in other parts of the state, local governments, arts bodies and other relevant stakeholders.
